📌Sodium Carbonate — Product Policy

1. Return & Replacement Policy

• Return must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
• Return accepted only if:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged/leaked packaging (video proof required)
• No return if seal is broken or product is exposed to moisture.
• Replacement will be issued within 2–5 business days after approval.

2. Delivery Policy

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
• Courier charge depends on weight (25kg/50kg bags).
• COD not available; full prepayment required.

3. Usage & Restriction Policy
